North Texas Clinical Trials Site Team:
Site Manager & Clinical Research Coordinator
Jessica Anderson, CCRP
Just over five years ago Jessica Anderson fell into her Clinical Research career by accident - as most of us in this industry do. Getting her start in a less than glamorous "office" the size of a broom closet sorting spit swabs and filing regulatory documents. Since those days she has contributed to over fifty pharmaceutical trials ranging from phase I-IV and is credentialed by SOCRA. Jessica currently acts as the site manager for North Texas Clinical Trials, she truly enjoys wearing multiple hats a day and thrives in the ever changing, fast paced environment. Jessica is a firm believer in failing forward, the idea that education never stops, lives by a philosophy that every act and action effect the world, and urges everyone to never live the same day twice. Think like a proton, stay positive.
Clinical Research Coordinator
Barbara Karnkowska, B.S
Barbara Karnkowska, or more commonly known as Basia, is North Texas Clinical Trials newest addition. Hailing from University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Biochemistry followed by a stent as a Clinical Lab Assistant for Dell Children’s Medical Center, Basia swiftly set her eyes to focus on clinical research and began her career as a clinical research coordinator. Currently her studies focus on psychiatric and neurological disorders. Basia’s hobbies include horseback riding, travelling and long walks on the beach. She lives off of energy drinks in Fort Worth Texas with her four legged companion named Banjo.
