Our team will call you at your scheduled time. It should only take about 15 minutes. You don’t need to come into our office. You can take our call from home, or anywhere.
We will ask you some questions to see if you might qualify for participation in the study, and answer any questions you have.
If we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule an in office appointment to begin screening.
